Echelon Training
An echelon is an avian migration formation. This is the symbolic concept downloaded from the Akashic Records for the design of this training. It includes Personal and Cooperative Training, followed by The Path of Initiation*** course.

***The Path of Initiation is a 20 week introductory course in spiritual meditation, philosophy, practice and alignment co-created through the techniques of projection, dialogue as service, and cooperative leadership.
Starshine completed Teacher Training, Advanced Teacher Training and all pre-requisite courses including Leadership Training.
She learned the technique of projection from a student of Lucille Cedarcrans and Master Rakoczi, the co-creators of this series of courses. Starshine co-created the technique of dialogue as service with Henry Guy. They co-trained several groups on a weekly-basis from around the world for over seven years.
