Linnutee (lind-tee) is a Northern European word for the Milky Way. It literally means "Bird's Way" or "Path of Birds".
Dojo is a Japanese word formed from dō ("way") and jō ("place"). It originates from the Sanskrit term bodhimanda (or bodhi-mandala), meaning "seat of wisdom" or "place of awakening".

Echelon Training & Course is an introductory course in a series to align and integrate the soul, ego and personality into an instrument of co-creative spiritual service with the Earth in which we live, move and have our being.
An echelon of birds is the symbolic blueprint for the design of this course as a spiritual migration of cooperative leaders inspired by service.
An echelon is a V-shaped flight pattern formed by flocks of migratory birds. The leading bird guides the direction of the migration. Each bird in the flock instinctively rotates into this position during the migration.
This fluid formation enhances communication, improves navigation, conserves energy, and shares effort to perform the long journey together.

The Path of Initiation is a two-volume, 19 week introductory course in spiritual alignment, meditation, philosophy, and practical wisdom.
Participants co-create each course through the techniques of Projection, Dialogue as Service, and Cooperative Leadership.

Halcyon Group Training is a prerequisite to enrolling in a course with Starshine.
The intention is to facilitate fellowship, group integration, encourage understanding of each other, and appreciate our unique expressions and contributions through experience. It is included in the course.
This is a foundation for the Echelon course design that operates through co-creation and cooperative leadership.
If you are only interested in intuitive training, reserve a spot in a Halcyon Group Training or Blue Heron Personal Training.
If you intend to enroll in the Path of Initiation course, group and personal training are included.
Path of Initiation is the introductory course in a series of practical spiritual trainings.
The courses are designed for co-creation between participants through the technique of Projection.
The texts of this presentation of wisdom are publicly available to use in the courses, and may be read on their own.
It is recommended to begin with a course and use the text as reference afterwards to apply the wisdom in your own life.
The technique of Projection circulates the energy and alignment between participants as information is communicated, and new wisdom manifested through dialogue.
Group interplay, alignment, and circulation of spiritual energy in daily life is a priority over knowledge of the texts.

Participants move together through the series as a co-creating group.
Courses begin when at least three participants are inspired and reserve a spot in the course. Seven participants is the maximum per course.
Rather than join an existing group, new participants form a new group beginning with The Path of Initiation.

I have completed Teacher Training, Advanced Teacher Training and all pre-requisite courses including Leadership Training in this presentation of spiritual wisdom about 15 years ago. I began formally training my intuition at that time.
I learned the technique of Projection directly from Richard Randall, a student of Richard Shiable, Lucille Cedarcrans and Master Rakoczi (aka St. Germain), who co-created this series of courses via spiritual alignment.
I co-created the technique of Dialogue as Service with Henry Guy.
We co-trained several interstate (USA) and international online groups from around the world, on a weekly-basis for over seven years, and co-hosted quarterly meditation retreats.
I am trained at the Masters degree level in dispute resolution, group facilitation and dialogue.
I have studied western esoteric spiritual philosophy, and Vipassana meditation, for decades.
Motherhood is my deepest training in unconditional love, which I am still working on!

Origin Story of the Bird Theme

I was walking my dogs on the Mississippi River Trail. I asked, “What do I need to know about creating an intuitive training?”
They showed me a flock of brids in my mind’s eye migrating in the echelon formation, (though I did not know that term at the time). They showed the bird at the point in front veer off and take a place in the rear. The Akashic Records said this is how the intuitive training and courses would operate.
Cooperative leadership exemplifies this formation.

The Blue Heron is my spirit animal
The blue heron first show up in Texas when my second child was born. I would notice them flying while I walked across the Lake Joe Pool dam, and fishing in wetland areas during my weekly hikes in Cedar Hill State Park.
In the city or driving, if I had a hunch to look up, I would see one flying across my vision. I even found an entire blue heron that was hit by a car on the side of the road.
As I traveled back from my first Vipassana Meditation retreat in Kaufman, Texas, a blue heron flew right in front of my window, inches from my windshield.
After arriving in New Orleans, I began to notice nests and babies. A baby heron perched right on my backyard fence for over an hour. A couple of adolescent blue herons would show up at night when I would stop for fuel at my local gas station.
I began to regularly visit Bayou Segnette State Park near me and noticed a blue heron perched in the middle of a small lake or large pond. As I roamed around the shoreline on one visit, I found a blue heron feather sticking straight up out of the ground. It now resides on my altar.
For me, Blue Herons represent a world-bridger. They hunt on the land and in water, nest in trees, and travel in the air.
Like the heron, I travel between worlds by employing the intuition to communicate between frequencies and dimensions.

Crows communicate major transformation and translocation
Cardinals are my connection to the indigenous cultures of North America
Hummingbirds are my alpha and omega, indicating when to let go and surrender to both endings and beginnings
Flying insects
Roaches are related to ancestral healing
Bees are Earth guides getting my attention
Flies are related to the creativity of the Earth and plant medicine
Moths and dragonflies appear often (I have not deciphered their specific meaning for me, yet! I love a mystery :)

Linnutee (lind-tee) is the Estonian and Finnish word for the Milky Way. It literally means "Bird's Way" or "Path of Birds".
This interpretation is rooted in the observation that migratory birds in the Northern Hemisphere seem to follow the course of the galaxy in the night sky as a guide during their journeys south for the winter.
It reflects a spiritual belief in Estonian and other folklore that the Milky Way is a celestial pathway for the migration of souls, reflected in the spiritual symbolism of birds flying together toward a common destination.
In esoteric philosophy, the black hole at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy connects to the Earth via a network of the Pleiades, the Great Bear, Sirius, and our Sun - a celestial highway of sorts!

School is often associated with education. We have many tools to educate ourselves - to find, remember, communicate and accumulate information.
Linnutee Dojo trainings and courses focus on experiencing knowledge as wisdom motivated by service. Learning will emerge from doing, training, and practicing.
We will learn new knowledge, reframe common knowledge in a new way, and dialogue to exercise the flow between the abstract and more concrete aspects of the mind.
We will alchemize knowledge into wisdom by:
