Echelon Training & Course is an introductory course in a series of trainings to align and integrate the soul, ego and personality into an instrument of co-creative spiritual service with Earth.
An echelon of birds is the symbolic blueprint for the cooperative design of this course. An echelon is a flight formation adopted by groups of migratory birds. The instinctive rotation of the role of the leading bird in the V-shaped pattern enhances communication, improves navigation, conserves energy, and shares effort to perform the long journey together.

Halcyon Group Training is a prerequisite to enrolling in a course with Starshine.
The intention is to facilitate fellowship, group integration, encourage understanding of each other, and appreciate our unique expressions and contributions through experience. It is included in the course.
This is a foundation for the Echelon course design that operates through co-creation and cooperative leadership.
If you are only interested in intuitive training, reserve a spot in a Halcyon Group Training or Blue Heron Personal Training.
If you intend to enroll in the Path of Initiation course, only reserve a spot in Echelon Training and Course.
Path of Initiation is the introductory course in a series of practical spiritual trainings.
The courses are designed for co-creation between participants through the technique of Projection.
The texts of this presentation of wisdom are publicly available to use in the courses, and may be read on their own.
It is recommended to begin with a course and use the text as reference afterwards to apply the wisdom in your own life.
The technique of Projection circulates the energy and alignment between participants as information is communicated, and new wisdom manifested through dialogue.
Group interplay, alignment, and circulation of spiritual energy in daily life is a priority over knowledge of the texts.
The following is the usual order in the series of courses of this presentation of wisdom, gradually weaving alignment and expanding consciousness motivated by service:
The Path of Initiation
Corrective/Creative Thinking
The Soul and Its Instrument
The Nature of the Soul
Leadership Training
The Disciple and Economy
Ashramic Projections
Healing
Applied Wisdom
Teacher Training
Advanced Teacher Training
Participants move together through the series as a co-creating group.
Courses begin when at least three participants are inspired and reserve a spot in the course.
Rather than join an existing group, new participants form a new group beginning with The Path of Initiation.

Starshine completed Teacher Training, Advanced Teacher Training and all pre-requisite courses including Leadership Training in this presentation of spiritual wisdom.
She learned the technique of Projection directly from a student of Richard Shiable, Lucille Cedarcrans and Master Rakoczi (aka St. Germain), who co-created this series of courses via spiritual alignment.
Starshine co-created the technique of Dialogue as Service with Henry Guy.
They co-trained several interstate (USA) and international online groups from around the world, on a weekly-basis for over seven years.

The Blue Heron is my spirit animal
The blue heron first show up in Texas when my second child was born. I would notice them flying while walking across the Lake Joe Pool dam, and fishing in wetland areas during hikes in Cedar Hill State Park.
In the city, if I had a hunch to look up, I would see one flying across my vision. I even found an entire blue heron that was hit by a car on the side of the road.
As I traveled back from my first Vipassana Meditation retreat in Kaufman, Texas, a blue heron flew right in front of my window, inches from my windshield.
After arriving in New Orleans, I began to notice nests and babies. A baby heron perched right on my backyard fence for over an hour. Baby blue herons would show up at night when I would stop for fuel.
I began to regularly visit Bayou Segnette State Park near me and noticed a blue heron perched in the middle of a small lake or large pond. As I roamed around the shoreline on one visit, I found a blue heron feather sticking straight up out of the ground. It now resides on my altar.
I came into awareness that Blue Herons represented a world-bridger. They hunted on the land and water, nested in the trees, and traveled in the air. Like the heron, I traveled between worlds by living in different frequencies, communicating those frequencies to each other by employing the intuition. The blue represented my origins and a quality of energy I wield.
The first course I took in intuition, we were asked to contact our spirit guides. A plain man with a plain name, in a casual suit showed up. He was my Earth guide. I asked him what I needed to know at that time. He showed me himself covered in blue electricity, like he was conducting jewel-blue lightening throughout his body. He indicated that this was an energy I would learn to use. Electricity is a current mystical guide (pun intended :).

My first direct experience with the Pleiades was a group full moon meditation in Estes Park, Colorado. I was guiding the meditation. I would normally follow what was written, indicating for us to connect up with a particular Master.
As I was nearing the end of the meditation, I had an extreme urge to say the words as if I was the Master, using the phrase I AM. I resisted, feeling it was not truthful. I did it anyway, and I was catapulted in consciousness into space.
I witnessed a constellation that was connected together with a web of threads. One of the threads twitched, and the whole web thrilled and my whole body twitched and thrilled with it.
I still know I am not that Master, but now I know that He invited me to share his awareness to make that direct connection at the time, like giving someone a leg up or sharing a ladder they built.
After I left philosophical studies behind, and focused on training my own alignment, I attended an intuitive panel at a home in Houston.
Afterwards, I approached one of the intuitives to share my appreciation for their videos and mediumship. Without any other prompting or chit-chat, she told me I was a Pleiadian. I asked if I was from there or had visited there (like I knew what she was talking about!?). She said I was from there.
I submitted three questions via email to an intuitive totally independent of the other intuitive. I asked her what was my spiritual purpose and mission? Without sharing the previous message I received, she said it was to deliver Pleiadian messages.
When I asked a fellow Akashic reader what my origins were, she described a spaceship.

I was walking my dogs on the Mississippi River Trail. I asked, “What do I need to know about creating an intuitive training?”
They showed me a flock of brids migrating in the echelon formation. They showed the bird at the point in front veer off and go to the back and another take their place. The Records said this is how the intuitive training and courses would operate.
I would begin at the point in service to others to unfold their intuition by providing trainings. Then others would either veer off and start another migration or take that place at the prompting of their own intuition.
I would veer off from the front point and move to another place in the echelon to learn and rest, and/or inspire another migration.
This is why intuitive training will be coupled with and introduction to cooperative leadership.

Linnutee (lind-tee) is the Estonian and Finnish word for the Milky Way. It literally means "Bird's Way" or "Path of Birds".
This interpretation is rooted in the observation that migratory birds in the Northern Hemisphere seem to follow the course of the galaxy as a guide during their journeys south for the winter.
It reflects a spiritual belief in Estonian and other folklore that the Milky Way is a celestial pathway for the migration of souls in the spiritual symbolism of birds flying together toward a common destination.
As I developed a relationship with plant medicine, I began to experience something called the void. It was very dark and very jarring, but I traveled through it several times.
In Northern European folklore, where my hereditary roots are, the Pleiades are described as holes of a sieve, portals. I now understand that to be the galactic void.
In esoteric philosophy, the role of Pleiadians is to bridge the galactic void with the Great Bear, the star Sirius, our Central Spiritual Sun and the being in which we live, move and have our being, the Earth.

We have many tools at our fingertips to educate ourselves - to find, remember, communicate and accumulate knowledge.
Linnutee Dojo courses will provide you with new knowledge, and common knowledge reframed in a new way.
The purpose of my trainings is to provide knowledge that is applied and transformed into wisdom. That requires employing knowledge, acting upon it, and transforming it into wisdom through direct experience.
You will learn to build a spiritual alignment that invokes direct spiritual knowledge, and evokes love in action to the Earth through sovereign service.
“The origin of the word Dojo was found in the Sanskrit ‘Bodhimandala’ or the ‘place of edification’, a sacred place for building the path or the place of awakening.
We can therefore say that the dojo, beyond the physical dimension of the place, represents, in its very essence, an exceptional, energetic space.
The dojo is a place where the student, as well as the instructor, can develop their personality and discover a step by step art of living. By pushing open the doors of the dojo, the practitioner leaves their daily life outside, to become enriched internally, with a free spirit, with the content of the teaching.”
